Childcare is a matter of trust.

More than 15 years in professional childcare — as a group leader at a childcare centre, pedagogical lead and training manager. I have seen the day-to-day reality of childcare centres from the inside: the challenges, the bureaucracy, but above all the extraordinary importance of this work.

When I became a mother in 2021, I suddenly saw the other side: how difficult it is for parents to find the right childcare place. Hours of research, countless phone calls, no transparency. At the same time, many outstanding childcare providers struggle to be seen.

As a self-employed playgroup leader and childminder in Erlenbach, I see every day how important good childcare is. My daughter is growing up in a world where childcare is the foundation for everything else — for balancing family and work, for children’s development and for society as a whole.
